Smith & Wesson Model 49 Bodyguard with 2" Bbl, Shrouded hammer, nickel finish and mounted with 2 piece checkered walnut grips w/ S&W medallions. Housed in silver colored 2 piece box with steel corners and label. 5 shot fluted cylinder with pinned barrel. mfg. 1979/80. Condition, Excellent and possibly unfired with evidence of only 2 burn rings on front of cylinder. Revolver retains 100% of the nickel finish and has one small scratch above the cylinder latch. Bore and chambers are as new. Grips are as new. Box is excellent with some light corner scuffs and label is detached and tape repaired. Mechanically excelent
