Condition is virtually new in the factory hard case. I actually don't think it's ever been fired, as the white line marked followers on the magazines is intact. That line goes away immediately when you use the gun. Tritium is dim as the gun is a 1st generation that was put away after purchase and never used. That being said, it's a really good deal on this gun, and worth every penny. $40 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC. If you pay with a personal check, you can expect us to hold the item for up to 10 days to ensure that the check clears.
