Description:
24 inch lightweight rapid taper round barrel chambered in 30 WCF caliber. Minty bore is bright and shiny with excellent rifling. Lyman beaded front and flat top sporting rear sights. Barrel retains about all of the original deep dark blue. Other metal surfaces are clean and smooth showing limited flaking finish with a few light freckles scattered here and there. Walnut stocks are excellent with about all the original finish and showing only limited light handling marks equipped with a shotgun style serrated steel style butt plate. About 20,500 of these were made between 1924-1932. This one was made in 1925 and presents remarkably fresh overall showing very little use for being 99 years old!
