CIVIL WAR ERA BELGIAN IMPORT LEFAUCHEUX PINFIRE BELT REVOLVER CIRCA 1860’S. 6 shot double action 9mm breech loading cartridge revolver with 6” barrel. Proofed at the top and right side of breech otherwise unmarked. Small lanyard ring and front sight missing from slot both of which are easily replaced. Two-piece walnut grips. Very good and all original overall. Old deep grey metal patina and all the original lightly worn grip finish. Working order and reasonably good bore. Many imported during the Civil War and used by both sides.
