Description:
The serial number of this Model 70 is 98023. Looking that up shows it was manufactured in 1948. It is still in very good condition with a few minor imperfections. The Lyman peep sight is a nice addition but it is tapped and drilled for scope mount if you prefer. .30-06 Springfield
