Description:
Offering for sale a really nice trim Merkel 360 EL .410 SxS shotgun with 28" M/F barrels. This gun was made in 2006. It is engraved by Betinna Link and in my opinion the engraving is excecuted at a higher standard than most of the Merkels I've seen. It is unique in that the LOP is 14-3/4" which is about 1/2" longer than most Merkels - this stock length was a custom order. The metal and bluing is at 100%, all mechanics are perfect, it is tight as is usual for a Merkel, but doesn't fight you to put together or break open. The Greener style crossbolt sanps back into the side of the breech as it should. The checkering is also at 100%, and the finish is smooth and a bit glossy. There are a scattering of very light handling marks on the stock, mostly on the face side of the gun. These guns are a joy to shoot and are very nimble and properly balanced.
