Description:
This high condition rifle features a standard length 24 inch octagon with a bright shiny excellent bore. Most all of the original barrel blue remains. Original sights include a blade front and a flattop sporting rear. Most receiver blue remains with some thinning on the bottom of the frame at the carry point. A small ding on the upper left side of the receiver. Walnut stocks are in very good condition with only minor handling mars. A rifle style crescent buttplate. Crisp tight action. About a million Model 1892's were manufactured between 1892-1941. This is a very fine looking Model 1892 in the most desirable caliber from 1917.
