Description:
The Savage Model 1903 is a pump-action, side-ejecting, . 22 rimfire rifle with an internal hammer; a 24-inch, octagonal barrel; open sights; a two-piece walnut stock; a two-position safety located at the top rear of the receiver; and a steel buttplate. It was produced by Savage Arms Co. from 1903 until 1916. Very hard to date these early savage guns.
This fine rifle shoots 22 s,l-lr and comes with a lyman rear sitethat was made in July 1905 with a combination front sight , and comes with two original magazines.
For the age it is in very good condition and open to serious offers.
