Description:
Rare and mostly untouched Remington New Model Army 44 US military revolver with a TON of original blue finish especially on the barrel and part of the frame , uncracked grips, handling marks and bruises as pictured. Bore is bumpy but you can make out rifling.
Several factory letters and markings all around and easily ledgible.
Mechanically excellent and cylinder pin has been replaced but has the original (broken) that comes with the gun.
A very high condition US 44 revolver made in New York by E. Remington & Sons during the Civil War. A well cared for tone capsule. There are nicer ones out there but this one is well above average!
