This listing is for my Smith & Wesson, Pre-Lock, Model 27-2, 3 ½- inch barrel, NICKEL, .357, New Old Stock from 1975. It is from my collection which I continue to downsize.
The Smith and Wesson Historical Letter from Roy Jinks states; “this handgun serial number N218096, was shipped from the factory on July 24,1975, and delivered to Wimberly & Thomas Hardware Co., Birmingham, AL.”
I purchased this revolver as New Old Stock from an authorized S&W dealer and never fired the Model 27-2. It does show the test firing at S&W.
This is a Vintage Firearm that shows handling and usage marks.

This Smith & Wesson Model 27-2, Nickel with a 3 ½ inch barrel is being sold on a “AS IS” basis with No Return. I am a private collector and do NOT have an FFL. Generally, it is more reasonable to ship through my FFL even with the FFL fee of $29.00, Plus actual shipping/mailing costs.
