Payment Types Accepted: Check, MO, Wire Transfer Description: This is a Merwin Hulbert 44-40 WCF Pocket Army 3.25” barrel with the famous skull crusher grip. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight.The bore is very good bright and shiny with strong rifling and only a small amount of fine corrosion. The serial number is 6756 and all of the assembly numbers are matching. The left side retain 80% nickel and the right-side barrel 85% but the right-side of the frame and loading gate has only about 60%. The cylinder retains about 65% nickel. The grips are very fine with sharp checkering and no chips or cracks. This very neat old holster is a double loop with brass decorating studs and has a stitched toe plug. On the back it has the initials RAS carved in. The stitching is all intact and leather is in very good condition. I would consider trades for pre 1899 ANTIQUE PISTOLS and rifles on any of my items..
