Description:
Beautiful all original Iver Johnson Skeeter 410ga made with 28" barrels, slim beavertail forend, double triggers, euto ejectors. The straight grip buttstock is of very nicely figured American Walnut and the gun has its original "Owl's Head" makers buttplate. Blued frame with crisp markings.
Gun remains in beautiful original condition as field used and taken care of well through the years. Most of these guns were used hard and so many have been touched up with loads of cold blue and restoration along the way. This gun has about 95% original barrel blue, 85%+ of the original blue on the frame, and most of the original stock finish. Triggerguard has toned to gray with traces of original blue remaining. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are excellent.
