Description:
Colt 1911A1 Military Pistol. Serial No. 2313357. Manufactured in 1945 and was shipped to Springfield Armory in late April 1945. Was inspected by Brig.General Guy H. Drewry. At this time frame the guns were finished in Parko Lubrite. This pistol is about pefect ORIGINAL CONDITION. The only complaint you could have is the bore has some frosting in the grooves. The F marked barrel has all original blue, just wasn't cleaned after a few shots with corrosive ammo of the time. The Parko Lubrite finish has no smudges as found on most 1911A1's we encounter.
