Browning 1886 Limited Edition High Grade .45-70. Made in 1986 in an edition of 3000 rifles, serial 02448PT697 has a 26-inch octagon barrel (brass-beaded blade front sight, full-length magazine tube, elevation-adjustable rear sight). Features include an engraved receiver, polished blue and satin silver metal finishes, outstanding walnut (bordered wrap checkering, gloss finish), gold trigger and a crescent butt plate. No box or papers. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 9.2 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.0 inches. CONDITION: Believed unfired since factory proof, the bore is pristine. Finish conditions are 100 percent excepting a small spot of discoloration on the bottom of the lever (packaging rub). The price is firm and layaway is available. $2,500 plus shipping.
