Description:
Winchester Parts barrel has been shortened to a more desirable length. 20-1/2 inch octagon barrel chambered in 22 Long caliber with a dark worn bore. Replaced bead front sight and sporting rear sight. Replaced mag tube. Frame and barrel are a gray patina. Someone tried to checker the stock then thought better of it. Varnish added. Wood undersized at wrist but overall solid with minor losses. Rifle style buttplate has been re-blued. Overall gun shows a lot of character and minor repairs. 604,XXX serial range.
