*** SOLD *** SOLD *** "Collector grade" late production 1997 Savage 99C (serial # F610932), with a 22" barrel, in one of America's favorite calibers, the 243 Winchester, remaining in "just about mint" condition with a shiny bore. On top sets a Leupold Vari-X III (lifetime warranty) with 2.5 to 8 power adjustment. 2.5x for those running shots or stalking in heavy cover and 8x for those longer shots across the cornfield. If you have been waiting for a 99 in the 243 Win, but don't care for a scratch & dent model, this could be the gun for you. Features a Monte Carlo style stock for excellent eye to scope alignmmnet, hand checkered stock and forearm and a top tang safety for both right and left hand shooters.
