Sweet! This could be the one you have been waiting for. A very nice Series 41 Remington Model 31 with a 28 inch barrel and a modified choke. No garden hose adjustments on the end of the barrel, no recoil pads or refinished parts. The blue is very nice with a little frosting stared. The stock is tight and sound with no cracks, chips or deep scratches. It has the standard 14 1/4 inch Length of Pull. Finish is starting to peal near the butt plate as Remington varnish was famous for in those days. That is quite easy to remedy. Barrel and receiver have matching serial numbers (552034). I took it out shooting pigeons and it functions perfectly. You will be very happy with this shotgun. Shipping is $45 in the lower 48 states.
