Description:
The 4 choke tubes and choke tube wrench/case are in excellent condition. These choke tubes were always cleaned carefully after each shooting session with the use of a small amount of rem oil applied via a soft cloth and were never exposed to any type of bore cleaner solvent. The tubes were used in a Caesar Guerini Invectus Model V shotgun but would also be compatible with the Caesar Guerini Summit model shotguns. The U2 chokes (= Light Modified/Modified) worked great for near to moderate distance targets while the U3 chokes (= Modified/Improved Modified) really helped hit longer distance targets especially those targets that had to be addressed on edge. I do not like to switch the barrel being shot first at a stand so shot these chokes in pairs based upon the tightest choke needed for a target within the pair being thrown. The OEM Caesar Guerini chokes are great but the Muller chokes weigh about half as much, they will not rust into your gun if left in place, they do not come loose during shooting, they seem to stay very clean, and they break targets very evenly. Their light weight really improved the handling of the Invectus gun with 32 inch barrels, much less barrel heavy feel with them in place as compared to the OEM chokes. I switched to a US made Kolar Shotgun so no longer have use for these chokes.
