I purchased this first year production rifle from a collection of unfired rimfire rifles a couple years ago. This rifle is in amazing condition, it looks like it was made in 2024 instead of 1977. There are two very small flaws. A very small area of blu missing at the muzzle, and an 1.5" hairline scatch on the receiver. Both blemishes are circled in orange in their pictures. They're nearly unnoticable, but they're the only things keeping this 47 year old rifle from being perfect.
