Description:
Colt 1873 Single Action Army in .45 Colt. This Colt SAA is in very good condition. The blue finish on the barrel, hammer, trigger, and back strap shows wear typical of a holstered revolver. The case-hardened frame is very good. The grips are checkered black and have the classic Colt "prancing pony" emblem. The top of the barrel is marked "Colt's PT. F. A. MFG. Co. Hartford CT. U.S.A". The patent stamp on the frame reads "PAT. Sept. 19, 1871 July 2, 72 Jan 19, 75". The serial number ends with a "SA" suffix. This revolver was manufactured in 1959. .45 Colt
