Description:
"Circa 1930's-1940's, 27"" slightly curved blade. White ray skin wrapped in olive drab fabric tape is in very good condition. Bamboo peg has been replaced with wood. Standard three cherry blossom menuki's are present along with the Fuchi and tsuba. Blade does show a few chips along the edge with some light discoloration in a few areas on the bright blade. Blade is unsigned, Scabbard is a dark green with the suspension mount, scabbard band and drag present. Latch does not function properly, Overall good looking WWII Japanese Sword. Consignment
