Cooper Model 52 Western Classic .25-06 Remington. Serial JR2 is a special order rifle with a 24-inch octagon barrel (recessed crown). Special features include a color case receiver/shroud/cocking piece/magazine, checkered bolt knob and a AAA-grade claro walnut stock dressed with an ebony forend tip, 24 lines-per-inch wrap checkering accented by ribbons and diamonds, skeleton grip cap, skeleton butt plate, scalloped cheek rest with shadow line, inletted sling swivel studs and timed screws. The original box with manual, sticker and warranty card is included. No additional papers or build sheet. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 8.2 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: Seldom fired if at all, the bore is pristine. Blued surfaces are 99 percent, colors are vivid and wood is approximately 97 percent with minor handling impressions. The price is firm and layaway is available. $4,500 plus shipping.
