Description:
Savage model 99, chambered in .250-3000 Savage, Mfg in 1950, S/N:566026. This is a BEATIFUL RIFLE! Wood and metal look AMAZING for a 74 year old levergun! Trigger breaks at 4lbs 4oz and the rifle weighs 7lbs 14oz. 13 1/4" LOP and 24" barrel, bore is clean with no pitting. 5 round rotary magazine. Lever is color case hardened and has some nice color in it. Mounted on top is a Ptima 3-9x40 riflescope in unknown rings. Rifle has a front sight and a block in the rear sight dovetail.
