This Newton 1916 Takedown .256 Newton is in outstanding condition for its age. It is one of the Buffalo manufactured Newtons of which less than 3,000 were made. The vertical ejector slot indicates it is one of 650 first models. When the stock is removed it has the number 39 on the bottom of the receiver. This is a very nice rare gun at a price that will make it go quickly. .30 Newton
