Vintage classic early Winchester Model 1897 exposed hammer pump action shotgun. 12Ga. Takedown. Serial number 158657 with matching numbered takedown extension. Manufactured in 1901. 30" Full Choke barrel, retaining excellent tight choke(See photo with choke gauge). 14" length of pull to original smooth metal butt plate. Original round knob style pistol grip stock and matching early 3-screw ribbed forend. Fine overall condition, finish turning beautiful aged patina, stock has typical minor hairlines on sides by receiver (See detailed photos). Bore is about average for gun of this era, with build up of corrosion and pin point pitting. Copy of FFL or C&R license required prior to shipping. Winning pays $45.00 for shipping to the lower 48.
