Randall Bear Bowie, 440C stainless steel blade stock, German silver double guard with forward curve, German silver and black spacers, masterfully carved "TIMBER WOLF" by Paul G. Grussenmeyer in the selected India Sambar crown stag handle, two large rubies for the eyes. One of the most stunning carving ever done by the artist on a Randall Bear Bowie. The original Bear Bowie with the same motif was made for the late Mr. Waylon Jennings,(Google that person for further details-see photo # 12) which cannot compare to the Bear Bowie I am selling and as seen in the book about Grussenmeyer. This carving denotes much more details and spectacular visual effects as opposed to the one made for Jennings. It is a masterpiece and a work-of-art as only Grussenmeyer could do. Sold "AS IS."
