Description:
Colt New Service 44-40 with 5 ½” barrel. This is an early model with flat cylinder latch, non-tapered barrel, six shot revolver, and hard rubber grips with no chips or cracks. By the Colt serial number (144501) look up it was made in 1917. The blue is very good with normal wear on the edges and no rust. It has initials engraved on the left side (RCM).
