SN: 5055040. Made in 1944 with an 18-inch barrel chambered for the .30 Carbine cartridge. Although this carbine was built during WWII, its factory parts configuration was changed by a post-war rebuild. It is still equipped with a February 1944-dated Inland barrel & a milled adjustable rear sight assembly. Rebuild parts include an M2 magazine catch, flip safety, round bolt & a Type 3 bayonet lug barrel band. The low-wood oval-cut stock is marked ""Trimble, TN"" in the sling well. Comes with an oiler, a USGI sling, a 15-round magazine & a 1944-dated canvas case. Consignment
