This is an extremely well kept rifle. I suspect it has spent most of it's life in a gun safe. It is from my personal collection and hard for me to part with, but I am trying to downsize. It says Made in Germany on the barrel and given the serial number of 23982 it was likely made in the early to mid 1960's. The pictures show the gun is very clean and from the looks of the barrel it has very few rounds through it. It does have a few marks on the wood, but they are very minor and faint. I never hunted with it and doubt it was ever hunted with. This gun comes with Leupold bases and 1"rings.
