This is a new in the box with unturned unfluted cylinder Colt Special Edition Python Revolver, with 6 inch barrel, factory engraved in the custom shop for the St Paul Mn Police Department. It is our understanding that 200 were made and this one is #189 of 200 (as shown on the label). Revolver has a wood case as shown, which looks to be cherry, and has never been fired - in fact the cylinder has not been turned. Serial number is V50633.
