I'm selling my collection. An Antique Marlin Model 1889 Lever Action rifle. Antique no FFL required. Made c. 1888 to 1889 total quantity in the desirable 38-40 Winchester caliber. Made c. 1889 to 1899 to a total of about 55,072. Matching serial numbers, old re- blued finish rates 85-90% turning patina over small cluster of pin-prick erosion, 24" barrel with a good bore with few pitted spots with sharp rifling, fitted with new forearm and stock of walnut, the action and the feeding function smoothly. Those 136 years old rifles in 38-40 Winchester caliber are the favorite for CowBoy Action, tube magazine capacity of 13 round ideal for medium size game and home defense. Highly collectible. What is not mentioned in the description can be seen on the pictures. I haven't shot this one. I described it to the best of my knowledge. Please don't ask for extra pictures.
