Description:
The fore end was removed and there is an 'EG' stamped on the front of the receiver (one way to tell the exact model). This is a fine rifle that was maintained with good care from 1936. Most resources describe the 99 EG as having checkered stocks however, the fore end is stamped with matching serial numbers and a few sources maintain that the early Gs and EGs were not checkered until 1937. .30-30 Winchester
