1911 Mfg. Colt SAA wearing a Nickel engraved 4 3/4 inch barrel with beautiful hand carved Horse head grips. Stunning period style hand engraving featuring deep scrolled and sunburst theme. Nickel finish is excellent with no chipping or loss evident. Action is smooth and functions as intended holding six rounds of powerful 38/40 cartridges ( safe to shoot modern factory loaded ammo). Hand carved Stallion head adorns right panel of grips and looks terrific on this Colt. Revolver comes in locking Custom Rampant Colt presentation case with Blue Velvet lining and mottled Brown leatherette covering. A gorgeous matching number 113 year old shooting piece of American history to shoot and enjoy in your investment firearm collection.
