Description:
This is a mint condition Smith & wesson model 41 Low SN 14,778 with No Alpha Prefix. S&W started in 1970 with the Alpha prefix after SN 115,000. Mfg between 1954 and 1961. It has the longer 1-9/16" muzzle break that was discontinued in 1961. This also has the cocking indicator which is more rare in the earlier guns and adds a 10% collector value. The bore looks like new and has a mirror finish with crisp rifling. Just an exceptional early version of this iconic target model. Great for S&W Collectors
