This is designed with a wing shooter in mind!!! This series of SxS's was introduced in 1983. The underside of the receiver is marked "BROWNING". The left water table is marked with a circled "H". The serial number is under the lever. The left side of the left barrel is marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE JAPAN". The right side of the right barrel is marked "B-S/S SPECIAL STEEL 20 GA – SHELLS – 2 ¾"". The flat on the underside of the left barrel is marked "01117", a circled "H", a circled "SP", "NP", 20", "26" and "**" (M). The right barrel flat is marked with a circled "SP", "NP", 20", "26" and "**_" (IC). The left barrel in front of the flat is marked "3" and the right barrel "4". The top surface of the forearm iron is marked "01117". The trigger guard, sides of the frame, and lever are scroll engraved. 20 Gauge
