Description:
The Model 62/62A is the modern version of the Model 1890. 23 round tapered barrel chambered in 22 S, L or LR caliber with an excellent bright minty bore with strong rifling. Original open sights. Overall metal surfaces show 98% original blue finish. Nicely figured straight grip walnut stock with checkered black composite butt plate. Slide handle is the late style with 17 grooves and smooth bottom. Overall wood has a little extra figure and shows 98% original finish with a few very light handling marks and surfaces next to lower tang showing minor effect of solvent. Very nice original rifle manufactured in 1958 that shows minimal light use.
