Flag was handmade by his mother Blance Lindsay and grandmother Rose Marie Lindsay |||| AQUISITION: This flag was given to me (Cecil Parsons) on or about June 16, 1989, by a descendant of the Lindsay family for helping her in settling her mother’s estate. ||| SPECIFICATIONS: Flag measures 21.5” wide x 35.5” long. Navy Blue in color, 13 white stars. 18” tall soldier in white with rifle. Leather shoulders are in good condition. Tag inside reads “Philla Quartermaster Depo” which started producing flags and cloth after 1777. Overall flag is in amazing condition for this age and to have gone through and survived battle.
