This Savage Model 1899 in .300 Savage remains in good overall condition. The metal finish shows wear throughout the rifle. The wood appears to have been refinished. The stock shows wear mostly near the butt plate. The bore remains bright and shiny. The most recent patent date stamped on the barrel is "June 11 1909". Metal sling swivels and a leather sling are attached. No additional accessories accompany this rifle. .300 Savage
