1918 US Colt model 1911 .45 ACP semi auto pistol, left side is stamped with two line Colt address and patent date ending in Aug. 18, 1913. Right side of slide stamped Model of 1911. Left side of frame stamped United States Property with eagle head over S11 behind trigger. H stamped above firing pin retainer. Right side of barrel lug stamped the letter L. Checkered wood grips.
