No Excuses, this is the finest M1A that I have ever seen and it shoots as good as it looks. It is capable of accuracy far beyond my ability.
I went through Marine Corps Bootcamp with a M-14 and fired M-21 and M-14E2 in Vietnam. I never warmed up to the M-16. I have a soft spot in my heart and/or head for this model rifle and this one in particular. It is a joy.
I am a former Ordnanceman, specialized cleaning equipment and magazines included. This Marine has kept this rifle inspection clean and lubricated.
