***SOLD*** Sharp example of this scarce Pre 64 Model 70 featherweight in .264 Win. magnum caliber.
With just over 3,000 ever made during the last few years of production, these are considerably more difficult to locate than the standard weights, especially in this collectible condition.
S/N 550885 with matching scribed bolt made in 1962.
Very good, all original condition throughout showing 96% or better finishes with some typical light handling marks and wear.
Has the aluminum bottom metal and a factory installed ventilated recoil pad as issued on all featherweights of this caliber.
22" slim profile barrel. The bright bore is very good with strong rifling and the mechanical functions are all perfect.
A very fine, collectible shooter!
