Description:
Serial #28919, 7.63mm (.25 ACP), 1 7/8 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore with several tiny rough spots. This is a Eibar proofed, Spanish made folding-trigger "Velo Dog" or "Baby" type revolver in the seldom-seen 25 ACP. The double action only revolver is equipped with a rear safety lever that locks the cylinder and has a forward folding trigger and an ejector rod that pulls forward out of the hollow cylinder pin and swings to the side for easy shell ejection. In excellent plus condition this little pocket pistol shows numerous Spanish proofs and retains virtually all of the original case-hardened colors on the frame with the cylinder and barrel having about much of the original blue toning to a blue-brown. The hardwood grips are in similar excellent condition. Mechanically it functions properly with a tight lock up and proper cylinder advancement. It comes in a custom European style flap holster.
