The bore is perfect as is all other mechanics. Operates exactly as it should. Example, we put six shells in it and fired them in one second . These Brownings are known for their superb accuracy, very light weight and dependability. They just don't fail, jam etc. Don't know exact build date but was probably in late fifties.  Oh yeah, one other little item. This SA is factory grooved for a scope. No need for unsightly drilling!
