Description:
Custom Mauser Model 98 chambered in .376 Steyr. This rifle features a 26-inch barrel and a beautiful oiled walnut stock. This action and barrel are nicely finished in a flat blue. It has 3/8 inch scope bases for o ptics mounting. The rifle is in excellent condition with the stock having only a few very minor handling marks. The .376 Steyr cartridge was originally developed for the Steyr Scout rifle in 1999. It is essentially a "Super Scout" cartridge capable of taking large and dangerous game using a medium sized rifle. .376 Steyr
