Description:
This is a full and Sealed box, 10 original rounds, of .45 Caliber Benet Primed Revolver cartridges. The internally primed cartridges were designed for the Colt 1873 and S&W Model 1875 Schofield revolvers. Other than the 1876 packet (the Little Big Horn year) this is the most sought-after date in the early series of these cartridges. A nearly perfect example the original pull string is intact with a tip just peaking out from the tape with the only negative being seam separation on a top side edge and having the type is slightly off center on the label. The graphics are however crisp with a fairly even coating of the shellacked / lacquered coating on the exterior.
