** 61 Collectors** RARE 22 SHORT with 24" OCTAGON barrel. This is a 1947 gun about when they quit chambering the Short. The metal on this piece was professionally reblued and is about 98%. The stampings and lettering is still quite good. Not over buffed. The wood appears to be original and I would rate at about 95%. Bore is Excellent. Action is smooth and tight, and gun functions flawlessly. Sights are correct. Absolutely a beautiful little rifle. $75.00 Shipping and insurance to lower 48. NO CA Sales. Thanks for looking.
