Serial No. 9135Y, made in 1942, 8mm, 24"" round barrel. Bore is excellent with handsome rifling noted. Serial numbers are matching except for the bolt. Receiver is marked "" Eagle/135/byf/42"" with the left side marked with waffenamt-serial number- Mod 98"". Stock has been heavily varnished at some point and barrel band spring replaced with a wooden one and appears to be a field repair. No import marks are noted. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
