Description:
"SN: 48158. Made in the 23rd series production run. 7.7x58mm with a 25.9"" barrel. Bore is good with strong rifling and minor frosting noted in the grooved. Type 99 made by Kokura with the mum intact, monopod, and aircraft sights. Finish has largely transitioned to a gray/brown patina with speckled pitting noted on the receiver and towards the end of the barrel. The two piece stock shows expected handling wear gouges, nicks, and scratches. There is a horseshoe shaped crack on the right side of the wrist. Action functions properly. Overall good condition rifle with a nice battle worn look.
