Description:
This Winchester Model 61 is a slide-action rifle chambered in .22 WMR produced from 1932 to 1963. Winchester's first hammerless slide-action rifle design, the Model 61, acted as a "replacement" for the Model 62, and all were equipped with a quick take-down screw. This Model 61 was made in 1961 with serial "331389", and has a 24" round barrel, smooth pistol grip stock with grooved forearm & oiled finish, checkered metal buttplate, dovetail adjustable elevator rear sight, dovetail bead front sight and grooved receiver. This gun has probably only seen a few rounds in its life and has remained in excellent original condition. .22 WMR
