"Serial number 350686. Made in 1927. 45 LC caliber with a 5 ½" barrel. Absolutely beautiful gun in excellent condition with 97% of the original blue finish and bright case colors on the frame. The grips are factory two piece carved steer head ivory with medallions. This gun is factory engraved by Wilbur Glahn. Blue and case color factory engraved guns are much more rare than the nickel fined factory engraved guns. This gun comes with a factory letter confirming all features. This gun was shipped to Murta Appleton and Company in 1932. It initially has another shipping address on the Loan account which probably indicates it was a salesman’s sample before it was purchased.
